First the manager said he wasn't going to print anything out and he couldn't help me. Then I ask if could just print the letter of cancelation showing I owed nothing , he said set down and wait your turn in line . I sat there for an hour waiting for a simple print out. My turn came and a long haired kid got me I ask him for it , he showed it to me on his pad and said I will receive it in mail and he can't help , they are only there to sell and told me to leave . Customer service should be more important.
