They set it up incorrectly, so I was not able to get that promotion. When I came back in to point out the error, they said that there was nothing they could do and, because of their mistake, I was no longer qualified for the promotion. Needless to say, I switched back to my old carrier and will also be switching my internet.

The cost of cable keeps going up and it's now becoming ridiculous at $116 for the most basic plan available if you want to view local TV stations.

Also, I've never had a single Internet outage with a provider before switching to XFinity. One month in and I'm on my third outage. This time with 5 minute's notice. This is very stressful when I'm working remotely. I'm only on Xfinity because it has a monopoly on my neighborhood and it's so insane I'm going to have to check apartments and make sure they offer something other than Xfinity before I move in to that place. The communication and accountability is absurd.
