I am assuming he was the manager. No name tag at all and they work with the public. You sell us devices, charge us every month and when we have a problem they act like the customer is a inconvenience The guy who waited on me tried to tell me I wasn’t even in their system as a customer Then he finally realized he typed my address in the system incorrectly. His nasty hands were all over my phone too. Disgusting

They then told her they wouldn't take equipment back, even when Xfinity themselves told us both that is where the equipment needed to go. I asked of that's the same for my equipment and he stated again they would not take it back. When I called Xfinity the recording specifically states to return it to the store. When taking to a CSR they state that the store must take it back, however then had me go to UPS. HORRIBLE service. Wouldn't ever recommend
