Waited almost 45 minutes before being helped by another employee who came in for his shift all while the original employee offered zero assistance and kept walking to the back. The employee that eventually helped us was fantastic in trying to help us with our issue.

However, I was told I would need to change my plan to a more expensive plan if I purchased a new 5G phone. No options. I still have their service with my same plan after buying an unlocked phone cheaper at Best Buy and using my Sim card. Too bad Verizon. You missed a sale.
