They constantly charge you for things you don’t want or need, and trying to cancel anything is nearly impossible. They make you jump through endless hoops, transfer you from one department to another, and still never actually fix the issue. Returning equipment to the Wheaton, Illinois location was somehow even worse. The process is confusing, disorganized, and no one seems to know what they’re doing. I was made to wait forever and the staff were rude! I’ve wasted hours dealing with their mistakes and lack of accountability. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid Xfinity if you can—nothing about this company is worth the headache.

I’ve called 10 times. Every single call, the representative makes me explain everything from the beginning. Every single call, they offer the same useless solution. Nobody escalates. Nobody addresses why the refund hasn’t been successfully processed. They just repeat the same script. Three weeks. Ten calls. No refund. No accountability. No real help. Their customer service is broken. Representatives can’t or won’t actually solve problems. They waste your time with empty promises while your money sits in their account. The cellular service itself is just as bad. Coverage is poor indoors and internet speeds are painfully slow. They use Verizon’s towers, but Verizon has become the new Sprint when it comes to 5G quality. The network and customer service is a joke.

We love our internet service but ultimately decided we didnt need the free Mobile line that came with it. We had arrived just mins before closing and with multiple questions and ultimately ended up returning a phone & canceling the line- I expected Raul to rush and even push us to keep the service, but the opposite happened. He answered all of our questions & reassured us that he wanted us to have the best experience and not pay for something we didnt need, he swiftly handled the return once we were sure. He was kind and informative. We will definitely go back for any of our service needs.
