SemJul 18, 20251.0Disappointed with Verizon Customer Service Review: I’ve been a Verizon customer for years, but the recent experience with their customer service has left me extremely frustrated. It’s nearly impossible to speak with a real person without going through endless automated menus that never seem to solve the problem. When I finally got a representative, they were unhelpful, rushed, and didn’t seem to fully understand my issue. I was transferred multiple times and had to repeat myself over and over. What’s worse is that even after spending hours on the phone, my issue still wasn’t resolved. It feels like they care more about upselling than actually helping their loyal customers. Definitely not the level of service I expected from a company of this size. Very disappointed. I’m seriously considering switching providers.
