They should not be in customer service. I have not had an account with Xfinity since July and they just tried to charge me a bill and I had an employee tell me it was not his job to serve me. It was my job. I asked for their names they refused to give me their names. I asked for the store number they refused to give me their store number not only is Xfinity one of the highest Charging Internet service services out there, but their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Do not go to this store.
