    I have been a Comcast customer for at least 20 years. Today, I'm sorry to say, I hit my limit. They canceled my cable tv services without my authorization. They insisted I authorized a cancelation, but I didn't. So we were dealing with AI which is worthless for 30 minutes before moving on to live agent chat which was very helpful but dragged on for over an hour. Agent was very helpful. I decided on a new package. The approval link didn't work. I couldn't approve anything. Plus, it disconnected me from the live agent chat. So I wasted most of the evening getting nothing done. Instead of sitting online for another hour talking to AI, I decided change might be a good thing. At this point. It might finally be goodbye at least to cable tv. Please note, I returned an obsolete cable box to this store a few weeks ago and we think this caused an error. EDIT: OBSERVE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED AN AI GENERATED REPLY OF HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? They want the public to believe they're reaching out to take care of a customer issue when they may not be. I have already wasted several hours of my time the past 3 months, and over the course of the last 7 yrs, trying to make crucial changes to my plan. I WILL NOT CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL OR TEXT LINK AGAIN. You will need to contact me within the next 10 business day to mitigate this issue. At minimum, you've probably lost a 20-yr customer.

    I was told to stay away from Xfinity but I took a chance cuz they offered me a decent price, however, you can't get any one except for some AI crap to help you set up. If these companies don't want to talk to you I don't want their product

    We have been experiencing frequent drops in signal for the past 3 years. Since then, we have had 5 different occasions where technicians came out, ran new lines, added extenders, changed out equipment, etc. However, the service still did not work appropriately. We called to terminate the service and was then sent a $190 bill for early termination of a contract we did not agree to and were told on the phone that we did not have a contract. Ridiculous... will never go back to Xfinity.
