While the reason it wasn't fixed or replaced was due to some issues on my family Verizon account during my visit, the employee continuously was frustrated with me when I asked questions, walked away multiple times and was more concerned with the time left of their shift than helping me.

The worker assigned to us did not seem interested in helping at all- gave us a phone number to call, told us to do it ourselves online and sent us on our way. So far we have spent the last 3 hours on this transfer online and on the phone and it is still not working. This is a nightmare. If workers at the store didn’t work on commission maybe they would be a little more interested in providing customer service? Since we weren’t buying expensive phones or a big plan he didn’t care to help us. We even stopped at Walmart and the dude in electronics who gets paid 14 dollars an hour was more helpful than the actual Verizon store.
