And on top of that when I went to add 1 more device, they messed up the voice line promotion due to which I stopped getting my all device(s) credit back, When I went to store they mention they don't handle the complain they as they only have sales department at the store and raise complain on my behalf to online team which didn't get any resolution. So, now I have to cancel my account from Xfinity and switch to some other provider's plan.
