- DSDeymon SalvatoreDec 28, 20251.0Terrible experience, the young blonde employee did not help with any of our requests, although I called the operator twice and tried to transfer the SIM from the old phone to the new one, since it was broken, it was very difficult for me to do anything with it. The employee simply refused to do anything, no help and she argued that Verizon now only provides sales services, nonsense, what the hell! If you want to provide excellent service, fire disloyal and uneducated employees. Employees should aim to provide the best service and leave a positive experience, but the goal of your store is only to "sell as much as possible", with no respect or attention to people.
