- TVtricia valvis3 days ago1.0Had 3 cases of fraud on my account . Someone was able to order a phone and open a line in my account without my permission. Talk to a fraud specialist and found out it was happening from inside the company. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Endless hour spent on the phone trying correct this. So much money lost and time spent waiting for refunds. Just a warning. Hopefully this can help someone else.

The representative switched me to a more expensive internet plan without telling me she was doing so. She said I would have to give my electronic signature to authorize the equipment return, when she was actually having me sign to switch plans, unbeknownst to me. The new plan increased the fees by $20 per month or $240 per year. This should be illegal.
