    I've been an Xfinity customer for a long time on and off. I recently moved and had to restart service since the last place we were at had its own internet. The home had Xfinity installed before but the technician made it impossible to find the hook up location which apparently was in the basement. I did not know but looked everywhere including the basement for the cords and could not find anything. Ended up having to have a technician come in to install something that should have been a simple "plug in and go" situation. I was charged $100 just for the technician to come in and find the cord in the basement which shouldn't have been the case if the previous technician had placed the wires properly. Seems unfair to me but now I have Internet in my home which is a must because I homeschool my kids. Then I recently upgraded my Internet due to needing a stronger signal for all my kids to be on their school website at the same time. When I went to pick up my new equipment they forgot some of the parts (the extender) so now I have to drive all the way back to the store just to pick something up that I'm already getting charged for. Not a good thing when you live far like I do. Let's just say I'm not a very happy customer right now.

    Worst customer service experience ever. Thomas, Lisa, and manager Chad all dropped the ball. Not to mention getting turfed around for over an hour by the call center. I don’t know what’s worse. Their incompetence, or just how much they don’t care. If it weren’t for the monopoly Xfinity has on internet service in our area I would drop them in a heartbeat. The only reason it's a one star review is that you can't select no stars.

    They are PATHETIC my mother passed away Nov. 24th and xfinity will not shut my moms cable off..My brother and I have to drive 1.5 to take her birth certificate to show them she has passed...Losing mom who is 89 is hard enough then these clowns messing with you..

    The WORST ever, I just started with them for my small business and one of the phones I purchased was defective, they reset it and told me I have 16 more days to return it. It acted up again, I went to return it and was told the 14 day return period was up and was stuck with it and had to go through apple now. I never would’ve left the first time if I wasn’t told I had two more weeks to try it! Jaiden was absolutely no help, might as well talk to the floor. Stay away, they’re a circus
