    The young lady that helped me was very lovely. Very warm and inviting. Very compassionate. She had dark hair and I believe she had gauges in her ears. She certainly is an asset to this company. Unfortunately I was very thrown off by the information she gave me. That of course has nothing to do with her. I literally had only been here 5 days and I had trouble with my internet service. I moved here from 1200 miles away and she told me it would cost $100 for a technician to come out and help me. I spent an extra 3 days without internet service. I don't know anybody here and the family member that I do have here is out of state working. It was horrible to think that as somebody from out of state who'd only been here for 5 days. They couldn't just set up an appointment for somebody to help me out. I spent 3 days trying to figure this out on my own since I don't know anybody in town and I finally got it running on my own. Honestly Xfinity, if you see that there's a new customer, a brand new customer that's never used your product. Couldn't you make a complimentary visit? Just one to see what they might have missed. ****Update....thank you for the response. After 3 hours on the phone and traveling to your brick and mortar, and then finally after 3 days of working on it until I could get it on my own, I have no desire to click the link. Why would I? I already fixed it on my own. Lesson learned. I don't need any help now. Thank you.

    Horrible I moved to a new address where Xfinity is available Still lot of challenges with automated support It is trying to help me move my entire apartment when I am asking for just disable old apartment service and enable my new apartment service I even visited office in new city and they said it will work Immediately I went home to find my new address is not updated online and the support number they gave me goes nowhere Horrible service I even 3 mobile connections with them Thinking of changing to something else in a Dy or two if it is not working

    The young lady who greeted us was very friendly and polite. The gentleman who helped me with the purchase of my new phone was beyond amazing. He understood what I needed and sold me a great phone that suited my needs perfectly. His name was Mark and his customer service skills are stellar.

    This review is specifically about my experience with the store manager (she refused to give us her name - the old blond lady), at the Xfinity Store located at 5038 N Big Hollow Rd, Peoria. What happened during our visits was serious enough that I feel other customers — and Xfinity leadership — need to be aware. My family and I came in twice for what should have been a simple number transfer between two devices. The associate helping us was doing everything he could, but during both visits the manager intervened in ways that made the situation significantly worse. During our first visit, she told the employee assisting us to stop working on the issue because it “wasn’t worth continuing,” without any explanation or alternative options. On the second visit, the associate explained she needed to assist because she had the proper system access. When she came over, she told us to “go home” and said she didn’t know when she could fix it — and our phone ended up blocked after the interaction at this store. When we calmly asked for clarification, she abruptly ended the conversation with “I don’t like your tone,” and refused further assistance. We were effectively left without help and without a working phone. We then went to the Xfinity store near Costco, where the staff immediately corrected the issue and expressed concern about how the previous store had handled the situation. Their competence highlighted how poorly this location is functioning under its current management based on our experience. I am posting this because customer service and accountability matter, and our repeated negative experiences with this manager were serious enough that our family will be taking our business elsewhere.

    Rude dismissive service, Xfinity tv to expensive for what you get. Get all same channels on Samsung tv and Hulu free. Always higher prices and fees, hidden in fine print and double talk 🦜.
