Had to leave work early, came in and was helped by Kevin. He was exceptionally helpful and very nice as we tried to figure out how to fix the problem. Took just under 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service to get everything fixed. As we waited he did a great job installing a screen protector on my new phone! I now know who to go to when I'm having issues with anything!
