If there is no phone, why did you make me wait for an hour and a half? It's okay that you waited for an hour and a half. There are three employees there, all three of them are busy with themselves. The customers here are busy waiting. You say five minutes, you won't come in five minutes. You say 10 minutes, you won't come in 10 minutes. What's the situation?
