    If I could leave a zero star I would. Canceled my service in October via phone. They have tried to charge me every month since even though they keep saying it’s canceled and no service is provided. Came to Xfinity store in Orland Park Showing them proof of cancellation via email. All the heavy set kid says is they can’t help because it’s a sales store not a cancellation store. Stay away from Xfinity. On top of the service dropping all the time the customer service is a nightmare. When it works it works well but sign contact at your own risk. They keep sending texts saying I owe 500 plus and will go to collections for service from October to January. Do better Xfinity.

    This is a good place to get questions answered about your services and billing. People give low ratings because they are emotional at the time they visit. These are just other human beings explaining the services you are receiving and how they work. They are not the people who created the services nor can they change the way they work. They can only explain what you are receiving and offer you alternatives you must understand that and if you don't the fault lies with and on yourself.

    The Xfinity representative Jack was super helpful and was able to solve my issue immediately. He was very courteous and ensured that I was taking care of without having to come back a subsequent time. His professionalism and product knowledge really set him apart from anyone else that I have worked with before at Xfinity. He is an example of what excellence looks like. If you go to this store, you gotta work with Jacek!

    If I could give 0 stars I would ! I walked in and the lady and me that were at the front desk just stared at me didn’t even say hi the me proceeded to get on his phone I had to say what I needed didn’t even get asked . Once the lady took me to the back table she seem bothered to help me the whole time . I felt so uncomfortable the whole time .

    I've had 4 total official and unofficial appointments made to install my internet. The first one (a week ago) they sent the wrong guy and I was promised by that guy someone would come later that day and no one came. I contacted support they said someone would come for a fact the next day from the hours 8am-8pm no came. I contacted support again they gave me an appointment 12/21 3-5pm and ensured me this time would be different. 5 Pm comes around and no one shows up. I contact support they said he is still on his way, 2 hours go by still no one comes. I contact support again they give me the run around and I now have an appointment on Jan 2nd. This company doesn't respect your time at all. Part 2: I am currently first in line for close to 2 hours with the link they gave, so once again this company does not respect your time. I'm sure I will wait another two hours while being "first in line". Part 3: I gave up after 2 hours of no communication from the link they posted as response to this review. I called their store directly and the lady I spoke to tried her best but I am still stuck waiting 23 days after my original appointment to get my internet. We will see if they actually show up next time.
