    Last year my dad who is 93 signed a 3 year contract and was told the price would remain the same for contract duration. He is now being charged additional $15.a month after 1st year. We went into Oakbrook store and was told contract will increase addtl $15. every month each remaining year. What kind of contract is this? When we asked if there were any other deals we were told to check internet. Not great customer service

    Well Done !! I went in needing help with my parents Xfinity account as well as some questions of my own; Sales Consultant Ivan Contreras was brilliant. He was patient, kind and competent. Excellent experience and most importantly my mom was happy. I am very grateful. AMC

    This store in Oak Brook has the worst service ever!! There were two service reps (Brian) and another young man (who seemed to dress totally unprofessional). His stomach was showing and he did not have on a belt...he kept pulling up his pants. I told the first CS rep that I needed an ethernet cord replaced and the made me wait 30 minutes to be told that they had no stock. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. Brian seemed to not have any concern and/or care about this issue. I will never visit this store again.

    This store is the pinnacle of inefficiency. Need to pick up a modem. This should be a 3minute process. Something like "Hi this is my name, I'm here to pick up a modem. These are the account details". "Yes ok let me get that for you" and they go in the back and grab it. Instead you wait 1.5hrs+ for 9 people in front of you to be processed. This is a marathon of waiting for these bozos to their whole "personal" service where you wait at a couch for someone to come by on an iPad to do whatever it is they do. Give me a service counter that I can walk up to, to do equipment dropoff and pickup and just power through it in 5 minutes. There would be no line. Voted worst company in America? Yep, no surprise there. Do I have a choice? Nope, no other ISP in the area. T-Mobile fiber cant come to my house fast enough, then I'll never give Comcast a dime again.

    I have been with Xfinity internet for 6 years now. The price game is an annual recurring hassle that I have to call or walk into a store for deals to bring down the cost. This year, I tried to add mobile service and everything went pretty well but when the contract was finalized, I was told that I have to pay the sales tax on all 4 devices up-front. When I don't own the devices until the last payment, why should I pay the taxes and that too on the full price and not promotional prices with trade in. This is double taxation as I paid taxes for the trade in too. I guess this is more to do with the state legislation rather than the service provider. Anyway in order to avoid paying the balance owed on old devices and the additional burden of sales taxes on new devices, I went back to return all the devices. 2 of the 4 were bought in store and the other 2 were shipped home. I returned all 4 and got the credit for 2 of them that were shipped and the other 2 devices bought in store are still shown as in transit. It has been 8+ days and I have visited the store 3 times and called the Xfinity customer service number once to explain everything. The store manager assured me that the return has been effected from my side but pending their own transport to the warehouse. Hoping for a resolution to this issue to get back my money and not pay for service that I canceled.
