    Business accounts, beware. I've been with Verizon for our business for nine years, and everything is fine as long as you don't need help. However, if you upgrade your phones, you'll encounter misleading information from their remote answering service, and the stores won't take any responsibility beyond selling you a phone. This is the second time in nine years I've upgraded and agreed to what they told me during the process, only to find discrepancies in my bill afterward. The last time, it took over six months to resolve. Now, my bill is over 300% higher than what they initially told me. They claim it’s corrected, but cannot provide any documentation, but ask me to pay the overcharged amount now, promising a refund in the next one to two billing cycles. I'm not kidding. One operator tells me there's an open case and asks me to trust her that it will be resolved, then advises me not to pay my bill until it's fixed. I explain I am on autopay, these are business phones, and I cannot risk a lapse in service. I plan to return the new phones to the store and move my service to T-Mobile or Comcast. Verizon misleads its customers!

    Would love to rate 0 or less. Unhelpful non empathetic staff don't care about customers. Hope they made their sales goal the day I was there because of their response to my question and not trying to offer a solution lost out on purchase of screen saver and new Samsung watch. I'm a CS manager and if I saw any of my staff act like this stores employees did the day I was there I would fire them on the spot. Will never step foot in this store again.
