    Don’t ever fall for FAKE promotion, they will offer you something so you r on board and then not honor it. Very deceitful and it should be illegal just don’t fall for it.. As soon as I get situated in my new home. I going with AT&T.

    Bad customer service the staff was not willing to help with your issue and just won’t tell just the pricing where they ask me what are the pricing I saw online.

    I visited the Xfinity store recently to get help with my missing rewards in my account. Unfortunately, the experience was far from helpful. The representative who assisted me, Carlos, seemed unsure about how to resolve the issue and ultimately told me that this store is mainly for retail and not for customer service needs. As a customer, it’s frustrating to be redirected without any solution — especially when issues like rewards are tied to the services I pay for every month. If a retail location cannot assist with common account concerns, then clear guidance or support options should be immediately provided instead of leaving customers feeling stuck. I left the store without any progress on my issue and with the impression that customer support is not a priority here. I sincerely hope Xfinity improves the quality of assistance offered at their physical locations and ensures employees are trained to either solve the problem or properly guide customers to someone who can.

    The worst internet I’ve ever had I don’t write reviews but this is terrible, terrible internet call to complain and have it fixed all they want you to do is restart the modem like you already havnt done that 100 times then when they can’t fix it they want to send a service tech and charge you $100 such bad service and internet
