They never tell the truth and they aren’t here to help.

None of the people that work at this store communicate with one another, so if you have an ongoing problem they can’t resolve in one day - it’s like groundhogs day where you have to reexplain again and again. Tammy is militant yet somehow can’t perform basic tasks. Very shameful.

I just left. Either business is really good for Xfinity, they are severely understaffed at this location, or a combination of both. Either way, I would not visit unless I knew I had 1+ hours to kill.
