    I was promised a $500 gift card for switching providers and paying off my phone. I ended up paying off my phone and never receiving the gift card after switching to Xfinity. This has been the worst experience ever. I wish I could give this organization 0 stars. If they weren’t literally the only provider I could use, I’d run far away from xfinity. I will continue to tell people to steer far away from this organization. They never tell the truth and they aren’t here to help.

    The people that work in this store, especially Tammy, are incompetent and rude. It is actually incomprehensible how unprofessional every employee here is. None of the people that work at this store communicate with one another, so if you have an ongoing problem they can’t resolve in one day - it’s like groundhogs day where you have to reexplain again and again. Tammy is militant yet somehow can’t perform basic tasks. Very shameful.

    Visited on a weekday morning and it was packed. I just wanted to ask if they still sold an older model smartwatch, but I could only register to wait in the queue. I just left. Either business is really good for Xfinity, they are severely understaffed at this location, or a combination of both. Either way, I would not visit unless I knew I had 1+ hours to kill.
