I was called 5 minutes before my appointment and was done in 5 minutes. The MOST efficient customer service I have ever received.

Now im sitting on the phone having to cancel it again because they didnt cancel it at the store. just upped my bill again, took the modem i returned from me, and sent me back out the door with a $110/month bill that I walked in there to cancel without even an internet modem to keep using it lmao truly terrible service over in India and here at home as well
