First and foremost my an my wife were with xfinity for years paid off our phones and they still would not upgrade our phones even though we paid them off. Assistance manager Alejandro Ortiz was attempting to help up and in doing so when we gave him our phones to see if he can help us upgrade he asked us to unlock our phones then walked in the back. We had found out a couple days later that he stole all our credit card information and maxed out our credit cards by ordering stuff online. We filed a police report and it’s under investigation but xfinity still employs this guy as a manager so beware of this store and location, we are pretty sure the other employees are in on it as well.

Then calling customer support,told everything got fixed 🙄 but it doesnt. I've had to call 10 times for the same thing and being told every time it was fixed. I would look elsewhere for service.
- CLCarey LucchesiOct 13, 20251.0If you are not a Comcast customer you must go into a store. It's best to have an appointment because there will be 15 to 20 walk-ins waiting at any time. Four weeks ago after sitting 2 hours, with an appointment, and spending 15 minutes within their cs agent, I have yet to have response regarding an exposed Cable in my yard. Every review going back months shares similar experiences and the response from the store shares a link THAT CANNOT be copied/pasted into a browser. So as long as Comcast feels they've "responded" its clear they've no interest in fixing their store operations. But, Comcast, here's the ticket # provided by your office. ECM 006718302. Why don't you call me. The order has all the info.
