However, it would not turn on to pair or activate. Jeffrey was kind and patient Trying to help me-who is not so tech savvy get everything connected correctly. I would give five stars, but his manager reprimanded Jeffrey in the middle of the sales floor for taking too long to help me and not passing me off to someone else. As a customer it was not great to see somebody who took the time to help get reprimanded. The store was not very busy. Thank you, Jeffrey and Julius😊

You walk in, and they all just stare at you but can’t welcome you or even address you until you stand there for a couple of minutes. Every time I’ve gone inside to dispute VERY frequent billing issues, every associate says something different and I’m always getting the run around. They have deals going on all the time SUPPOSEDLY but they couldn’t even offer me a deal after they told me I’d be paying a certain amount for WiFi and mobile but when I receive the bill, it’s an entirely different amount. Listen to me when I say XFINITY IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. The ONLY helpful person there was the gentleman who canceled my service. Thanks Ron. He seems like he’s the only one who knows what’s up. Wish he was able to do more but I understand he can only do so much. He was respectful and quick. The issue truly is XFINITY as a whole is just garbage.
