- CHChristine HaasMar 2, 20251.0I had Verizon a few years ago with zero customer service issues and quality service, except complaining it was expensive for quality returning specifically for quality service due to having both parents with dementia. I am dropping this service once selling my home paying off the phone for the worst customer service months in a row and a website that doesn't function to pay bills 4 months ago and recently doesn't acknowledge my zipcode. Seriously, I am denied for paying for one of the most expensive phone companies unless driving out 35 to 40 minutes every month with cash and still run into complications ONLY at locations with high crime rates with shootings at night when able to pay. Seriously? You can buy a phone or items from them but treat their phone plans like the nastiest STD or anthrax keeping distance protecting yourself from the level of stress. Don't waste your valuable hours going through customer service and IT. I never snap getting an attitude, and this company broke that compassionate side on the phone. Things went downhill with Verizon, and don't join them.
