Rather than go into details, and potentially tarnish the reputation of good people who work here, I'll focus on the exceptional help I received from an agent that I spoke to the minute after I left this store. She was professional, kind, and experienced. She assured me not to be concerned that the person or team would have recorded our encounter or shared our personal customer information because doing so is prohibited by Xfinity and punishable. She thanked me for our very rare 35 years of customer loyalty and apologized for the upsetting and unprofessional experience I had at the store.

Apparently they wrote the wrong IMEI, also refused to call Xfinity customer service for me to help setting up the phone, told me it's a new policy. Had to go to another Xfinity store and they fixed it for me and they also had no problems getting customer service support for me.

The salesperson came out with a watch bundle told me my bill would be 118 total for all data lines(3 phone lines and 1 watch line), Samsung phone and Samsung watch and told watch was free. Misled to believe it was cheaper to include the watch. Come to find out total cost of bill is 153 and watch costs $400. I was told receipt would be sent to email and have nothing itemized including a down payment from down payment. Completely deceptive practice and manipulative
