Initially I didn't recongize the staff member as a staff member, the pj outfit made it a bit difficult. When I asked him if he works here, he nodded. So far so good. He slowly moved towards the desk with the computer monitor. I explained that we need internet for a new house we are buying. I added ... we don't need the modem, we have our own equipment (my business) and we would like to get the highest speed. He slowly opened a drawer and picked one of the laminated sheets. The prices were not even close to what I checked on the website. I checked on the website if Xfinity works on our new address, what speeds and plans are available, I actually put them into the checkout basket. So here I am in front of that ninja sales representative, prices way higher, and the plan I have in my online basket isn't even offered. Eventually another "sales representative" moved closer. I told them "I pass kindly, will go for the website" ... and left. Not sure what to think about it ... well after a fraction of a second thinking I know what I have to think about this situation.
