- ARAlexis RaquelDec 3, 20255.0I’m 25, I had a serious medical episode over this past weekend that rendered me with nerve damage to my face, it’s been very scary and stressful. I woke up this morning and my phone was essentially a brick, I was missing calls from my neurologist and couldn’t read test results. I anxiously brought it into Verizon, the first man I spoke to said to just file an insurance claim, and pretty much assumed I wouldn’t be able to afford to pay it off to get a new one today since he was trying to pawn me off everywhere but sales… Nonetheless, I told him I’d like to talk to a sales rep, and he sent over Matthew Vega. Matthew was lovely, he didn’t waste my time, was kind to me, and was efficient with his questions. He simply did a hard reset on my phone for me, which gives me the time to make the insurance claim, and also ease my anxiety and stress about the missed calls from my neurologist, WITHOUT spending half a grand today. I got to walk out of there feeling a little less stressed, a little happier, and a whole lot of gratitude for him. Thanks Matthew, hope your pillow is always cold.
