So I usually get frustrated and just go to this store instead. They have always gone above and beyond for me. Highly recommend just going in here if youre in the area rather than calling customer service or trying anything on their websites.

Melissa Cole was a big help in getting the account changed to her name and her password changed, she also fixed her phone and made it easy for her to use. she is a very kind and patient person. I would advise anyone to work with her if you can. Thank you Melissa!!!!!

I have to say we have had Xfinity for over 20 years and my biggest complaint in the past was their attitude and the fact that it always took so long to solve a problem. I was highly impressed from the moment I walked in! For one, they are under a major renovation and very busy.The employees are giving 💯 percent to the customers!! I was immediately greeted and was kept informed what place we were in line. All I saw were smiles the entire time we were there! They were fast & courteous to everyone. Kudos to the employees @ The East Peoria Store! Y'all are doing great!
