    Truly wish I could leave 0 stars at this point. I know it’s not exactly the people working in the store. But I highly recommend NEVER starting a business account with Xfinity. I’ve been trying to get a new phone since Saturday, December 27th (I have 2 jobs where my phone is a vital necessity for both jobs, hence - why we have a business account). Xfinity is apparently having a backend issue upgrading my phone for the past 6 days, And I can only assume it will be longer. You would think since it is an issue on their end, And we have auto pay set up for both my business and personal account that they would understand what a “customer” is, Give me a new phone, and bill me when they figure out their own issues… But no I’ve had to have my phone connected to a speaker for the past six days to make and take phone calls for work due to my volume not working anymore. 1/2/26: Update: was told I received an email or could copy and paste the link. 1.) I never received an email. 2.) I waited for a chat bot to respond for 20 mins - never received a response. And when I did 30+ mins later it said the link was expired. lol, again - great customer service! 1/3/26: Update: Nobody from the EP store is getting back to us and as of noon I can no longer send text messages - only to IPhones and I have to be connected to the internet. I love having a non-working phone! 1/4/25: Final Update - nobody would call us back, after 8 days of trying to simply just upgrade my phone, moving me and my husband over to Verizon was the best decision I've made! Verizon was quick to assist, knowledgable about how to fix issues, got back to us within 10 mins and was able to meet with us that day. Made the transition from Xfinity to Verizon so smooth!

    All I can say about Xfinity is DONT DO It!!! If I could give a negative stars, I would. Our line was cut and the line bury crew no-showed for 2 different appointments and then sent a technician knowing they couldn’t do anything. So on the date of the second no show, I went to the EP office and said that I would be returning the equipment tomorrow if they no showed again, which they did, so I returned the equipment and canceled service 11.01.2025. They retroactively cancelled the service back to the last date it worked (10.06.2025) but then proceeded to bill me for 11.07-12.06 knowing that I didn’t have service, charged me a 200 early termination fee and now saying that they can’t issue a refund because the account is closed. We switched all services to T Mobile and I hope that I never have to do business with Xfinity ever again. Edited to add that the manager is issuing a credit for the early termination fee after going into the store yet again. The staff in the store are very nice but I had no service for almost a month and multiple no shows from the line bury crew, poor or no communication, and promises in writing of a date my service would be restored which didn’t happen so I felt canceling was my only choice.
