- SHSusan HuffJun 15, 20231.0The Verizon store in East Peoria is the worse we went in to change my brother's line to our plan and it took us over 3 hours!!! The woman who was supposed to be helping just kept disappearing and when the person on the phone wanted to talk to her she was no where to be found then we get through all that and he still can't get it done!!! We are on the phone with an agent over seas and the phone kept cutting out and we have a woman who keeps saying I can't do anything you have to do it all online!!!! We think the guy got it changed but he was unable to take a tablet we don't use off our bill no big surprise there 😉 so he transferred us to someone else who spoke foreign language and we couldn't understand him and we kept asking for someone who we could understand over and over but was ignored. Verizon has one of the worse customer service of any of the phone companies and the East Peoria store is useless for any type of business.
