It was done for. I was already debating an upgrade bc it had been 3 years, but wasnt ready yet. And my phone completely crashed. So in I went devastated bc I hadn't got important things off my phone yet. And Caleb listened to everything and tried to work it out. We ended up upgrading my phone and was able to recover all of my pictures and text messages. He was absolutely amazing! Handled my super emotional self with absolute kindness and empathy. I left with a new phone and my faith in Verizon restored by how Caleb worked with me.
