    Do not get roped into transferring your mobile service over to xfinity for their discounted rates! Unless you like being without phone service 10-12 days. The store told me with a straight face it’s the best they could do and handed me a ticket number. No sorry for your inconvenience, or let me give you this offer to compensate you. Nothing, not even empathy. I drove down the street to AT&T and got service in half the time it took xfinity to open a ticket. Don’t waste your time with this company!!!

    Zero stars -customer service in India has agents that don't know what they are doing and lying just so you give them 5 stars. Prices increase every year because your plan expires and its automatically switched to way more expensive plan. Than you're stuck for hours with customer service that will not lower your price and goodluck cancelling thats a saperate call you need to schedule on Xfinity time schedule not yours. Local agent will bs you just to keep you as a customer. I got scammed for paying for two internet services.

    Do not go there. Find another one. I came in 20 mins before closing, no line, and they wouldn't help me, said come back tomorrow. No smile, no empathy. Well, I work 5 days a week, at an animal hospital that closes at 8. And you know what, if a client comes in with a sick pet at 7:40pm, we will stay as long as necessary to take care of them! Zero stars for customer service.

    I went in a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone to the Samsung S25 Ultra because my S23 was having too many issues because of the updates they’re releasing. Within 3 days the new phone was doing the same thing. A couple weeks later I went in to return it and it was out of the return time but they asked me to reach out to Xfinity Mobile for the return and they honored the return. However, they did not remove my phone number from the new phone I had to return. It was a huge mess! Andy worked for an hour with supervisors to help get the issues resolved and Armand worked with me for 3 hours while he reached out to the techs to fix the issue and reinstate my old phone.They also honored my trade in but I had to wait til the S25 was received. Vanessa is the new store manager and is amazing and helpful, especially in my situation. A couple weeks later I went to get my new iPhone. Rich was great to work with and Leo in tech helped me set everything up. I’ve never had an iPhone and he was patient and showed me helpful tips. I always recommend the store than calling customer service since Xfinity outsourced it a few years ago.
