Then we when went to the store to return our old phones, multiple employees stated that we didn't need to. They said the phones were ours and there was no charge. We trusted them and that backfired. They are now charging us for the old phones ($920) and no one will acknowledge the mistake. We even called the corporate office and they are blaming us for not following the process. We tried to follow the process of turning in our old phones and the employees at the store wouldn't take them or provide us shipping labels. We have been loyal customers since 2018 and are extremely disappointed with how they are dealing with our issue.

The store told me with a straight face it’s the best they could do and handed me a ticket number. No sorry for your inconvenience, or let me give you this offer to compensate you. Nothing, not even empathy. I drove down the street to AT&T and got service in half the time it took xfinity to open a ticket. Don’t waste your time with this company!!!

Prices increase every year because your plan expires and its automatically switched to way more expensive plan. Than you're stuck for hours with customer service that will not lower your price and goodluck cancelling thats a saperate call you need to schedule on Xfinity time schedule not yours. Local agent will bs you just to keep you as a customer. I got scammed for paying for two internet services.
