    Horrible, they were open for a 1/2 hour and the place was filthy! Garbage on the floor and it needed vacuuming, not to mention 5 guys and one woman and I thought they were customers but they were employees! It looked more like a street gang meeting. The woman asked how can she help me and I wanted to discontinue my extra phone line and she claims their system is down and I have to call customer service (that’s why I came in personally to avoid that). Xfinity is slipping back to their old ways of horrible customer service!

    Regarding this store , i've been going here since 2019 1) Now In 2025 Service, here is horrible.It is the employees who treat you disrespectfully.One gentleman here seems like he was in a gang before, and he is so disrespectful to any elderly person, especially if you're a person of color when I mean, if you're a black person, this guy is not friendly at all, he wanted to be the black man app in a store 1 time.I was in here I was shocked? black Guy 👦 comment was that they were still charging him for a cell phone, so he came in.It's to communicate that to them.And they just brushed him off, ignored him and he said, please, can you guys remove that you keep charging me for this perform and I have ended my service.They did not comply to be helpful to him at all 2) i pay my bill and sometimes now we're All Time . I came in because I'm the system saying, pay my bill, I did.I had my receipt and the guy behind the counter told me that the computer is right and I as the customer is wrong, I said, what what do you mean?I'm right.I'm the customer.I have a receipt , the guy out of key , wanted to fight Me!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW HE WAS TALKING TO ME. I'VE BEEN COMING THROUGH FOR A WHILE, AND HE WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL ASKED ME TO THE OTHER GUY JUMPED INTO IT. AND HE HE STARTED GETTING ESCALATED WITH ME. ALSO, SO I ASKED FOR ME TO SUPERVISE THE SUPERVISOR GUY I KNOW, BECAUSE HE WAS WORKING HERE LONGER THAN THEY WERE, HE'S BEEN WORKING SINCE 2019 AND I TOLD HIM, I SAID THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THIS IS A BIT SINCE YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE YOUR COLLEAGUES TALKING TO PEOPLE IN THIS KIND OF MANNER. THE GUY KEPT GOING ON, I FELT THE WRITING, SO I ACTUALLY CALLED THE POLICE I CONTACTED THE CICERO POLICE DEPARTMENT. IT MADE A REPORT 3) NOTE XXFINITY HAS BEEN PROMISING ME FREE AND YEAR 20243 APPLE TV 2 OTHER SERVICES, FREE.I THINK IT'S PARAMOUNT OR WHATEVER I DON'T REMEMBER, BUT THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE SERVICE IN 2024I CONFRONTED THEM WITH IT AT THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE LOCATED ON NORTH AVENUE.THE GUY TOLD ME THAT HE APOLOGIZED AND THEN ALSO 2)3 OUTSIDE OF THAT, THEY HAVE PROMISED ME TO PAY MY PHONE BILL FOR THE ONE YEAR IN 2024 AND THEY'RE PUTTING ON THEIR BOOKS ON THEIR TAXES THAT THEY'RE PAYING FOR MY CELLPHONE. BUT THEY'RE NOT I PAY MY OWN CELL PHONE BILL AND I HAVE THE SAME PHONE AND I GAVE THE GUY MY PHONE NUMBER, THEY HAVE NOT BASICALLY PAID FOR MY BILL AND THEY'RE LYING AND THEY HAVE I HAVE THE RECEIPT FROM THE PHONE COMPANY I'M PREVIOUSLY WITH PAYMENT. I'VE BEEN, I'VE BEEN PAYING MY OWN BILL. IN YEAR 2024 AND YEAR 2025, SO EXPANDED IS LINE.AND THEN KEEP IT ON THEIR RECORD THING THAT THEY'RE PAYING MY BILLS AND GIVE ME FREE SERVICE AS A TAX WRITE OFF.I CONFRONT THEM ON THIS NUMEROUS TIMES AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE ON NORTH AVENUE.AT THE OPPOSITE SISTER ROW , I'VE CALLED IN ON THE PHONE AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT.. 4) AND REGARDING ME GOING TO CICERO.....STORE OVER THERE IN CHICAGO I WON'T GO THERE ANYMORE BECAUSE LAST TIME I\N WAS THERE ALSO, THE GUY WANTED TO GET AN ARGUMENT ABOUT TRUMP AND HE'S MEXICAN AND HE'S TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE NEED TO BE DEPORTED AND ALL THAT THAT THAT'S NOT THIS SHOULD NOT BE TALKED ABOUT AT THIS DOOR OVER HERE AND NOT JUST THAT YOU'RE IN A COMMUNITY WITH MEXICANS, WHERE YOU WORK AT HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT ABOUT THESE ABOUT PEOPLE, I'M NOT EVEN MEXICAN, BUT ANYWAY, THIS IS WHAT HE DID, AND THIS IS THE SAME GUY WHO TRIED TO FIGHT ME IN THE STORE. WHAT KIND OF YOUNG MAN WANTS TO FIGHT AN ELDERLY BLACK WOMAN. I WILL NOT DISRESPECT FOR ANYTHING.WAS THAT CONFIRMED THAT I PAID MY BILL AND INSISTED WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM?I PAID, SO WHY WOULD HE GO OFF ON ME? NOT DO THAT I HAVE.\N CONTACT THEM OVER THE PHONE NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT MY ACCOUNT. ABOUT I'M NOT RECEIVING THESE SERVICES IN A YEAR 2024 IN A YEAR 2025, AND THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED IT.     The young lady that waited on me today gives a new meaning to the word, incompetent and rude. She got mad and threw me out the store because I did not wanna go with the process of having a new line activated after she lied to me about Credit pull” she said oh it’s just a soft pull . She never asked my permission and did it anyway.. and I asked her four times is there any payment due? She says “ no” but asked for my debit card info Is she really got upset when I told her I want to cancel the transaction she says don’t do that because it’s going to be a bad reflection on her well my thing is this stop lying to people learn how to do your job and I will be calling corporate about that store 2942 South Cicero Ave. cicero Illinois need to get rid of the entire staff The smell of marijuana was strong coming from the girl who wasted my time CLOSE THIS STORE ASAP im coming for her job !!!! Corporate has been notified
