I asked politely the guy if i can receive a receipt or confirmation that i just dropped the box and the guy got mad with a very rude actitud responded that i can take my box back if i wanted too . This location have very disrespectul and rude employees working here . Management need aome improvement in hiring people having this actitud towards customer service .

I have been without a phone since Oct. 1st because my SIM card stopped working, so i had the chance to go in the store on Saturday 10/4, i dont live close. They would not provide me with the card because the account holder needs to bring an i.d. Mind u i just provided mine and her phone number i read it out of my phone, yet you couldnt help me. Its in your system, you could have called her to confirm as i stood there. So now, i am going on almost a week no service, nor has my card been mailed. I will be searching for another provider.
