4401 N Clarendon xfinity store in Chicago I spent 3 hours there. The young men who helped me were incredibly patient and professional. They didn’t give up and successfully got it done so I could move forward. They all worked as a team to help get my phone unlocked from AT&T.
A heads up for Andrew who knew how to do it.Mark who was in the store from another location was working that day and also stayed with getting my phone number correct. The positiviness they all showed was commendable!! Excellent customer service.

I recently visited the Xfinity Store in Uptown Chicago and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to walk me through the available plans and services — they explained everything clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing up for. In particular, one of the sales reps (sorry I forgot the name) showed me the different internet + mobile + streaming bundle options, was patient with my questions, and helped me choose what made sense for my needs.
Once my service was activated, I’ve been happy with the internet reliability and speed, which have been more than adequate for home streaming, work, and everyday browsing. The store’s convenience — being right in Uptown and easy to access — also added to the positive experience.
Overall, I felt valued as a customer, and my experience was far smoother than I had expected. If you’re shopping for internet or mobile service in Uptown, I’d recommend stopping by and asking to speak with one of the helpful staff there — it might be worth your time.
