I wish I have never had xfinity Service. They are really terrible. Their service does not work when you needs the most. They are horrible. They will tell you to sign the contract, once you signed it and if you are not getting the good internet service. They do not care and for some reasons if you will have any new service provider. They will even charge you the early termination fees. This company Sucks.. I wish I can give them one star.

IT'S SO UNFORTUNATE YOU CAN'T GIVE A NEGATIVE 10, (-10)! This is the MOST VILE SICKENING EXCUSE OF A CORPORATION EVER!!! This store took a MONTH to turn on all my phones AND NEVER COULD!!!! I had to go to corporate who did something with the SIM card IN ONE MINUTE I HAD SERVICE, but this store couldn't provide it in ONE MONTH!!!!!
YOU GUYS PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE WORSE SEVICE EVER!!!! When you call in with an issue, if, you have ANY QUESTION at all different from their AI prompts you WILL NOT GET IN TO GET HELP!!!!
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LIE TO AI!!!!! I TAKE DAMN SERIOUS PRIDE IN MY ABILITY TO BE TRUTHFUL. So after an hour of fooling around on their app and calling in with AI blocking me with no selection of my problem, NO REQUEST "AGENT" was allowed no matter how many times you asked, THEN AI WILL JUST SIT THERE AND SAY NOTHING FOREVER! So I was required to LIE or DRIVE IN TO A STORE, DAMN!!! I had to request to add a new line, YA KNOW I GOT IN ON THAT!!!!
So it took this just to REMOVE A CEDIT CARD ON FILE!!!!
I WAS PROMISED 200 for my old S23 and 500 for my newer I15. I have gotten nothing but promises and they're trying to reduce my I15 phone from 500 to 200, BUT KEEP IN MIND I HAVE A BIG FAT ZERO!!!
The outages, the daily buffering and TOTALLY NO INTERNET AT TIMES IS WORSE THAN MY LAST SERVICE AT SAME PRICE THROUGH SPECTRUM.
THIS COMPANY RUNS ON LUCK, NO COMPETENCY IN TECHNOLOGY, ORGANIZATION, EMPLOYEES, SERVICES, OR WORSE OF ALL GOOD-FAITH PRACTICE, NEXT TO NONE!!!

The first time I went into the store the people I talked to were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The next time I went in there was a different group of workers and they were so rude, condescending, and unhelpful that I cancelled the services I’d started setting up on the first visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Xfinity store. It was extremely cold outside, and I stepped in briefly to warm up while waiting for a delayed bus. I explained the situation clearly, but the employee told me to leave since I wasn’t there to make a purchase. I was shocked by how quickly I was dismissed, especially given how freezing it was outside.
The experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Businesses like Xfinity should remember that they are part of the community, and treating people with basic compassion and humanity should come before profit or sales goals.
I hope this store and Xfinity as a company reflects on how to create a more inclusive and empathetic environment for everyone who walks through their doors.

Don’t go here. Unprofessional people. They messed up my account. They had me and my friend sign up on the same number and created multiple accounts. I’m the active user of Xfinity and got internet with them. They don’t even try to help you. Today there was this short Hispanic dude who had racism written all over. The customer support from Xfinity asked me to visit this store and get them to undo what they did to my account. This dude straight up says I can’t help you do what you want. I patiently tried to get things done and saw I wasn’t eligible for a device with my line and walked away but I want to tell everyone what really happened today and how they messed me up. People like this don’t really have a life troubling others just for fun.
