My number was essentially trapped between carriers, which meant I couldn’t make or receive calls for nearly a month, and as someone who relies on their phone for work and client communication, that was incredibly stressful and costly. Despite the problem being entirely on AT&T’s side, Kynnadee consistently gave me clearer, more accurate, and more actionable information than AT&T’s own support team did. She wasn’t just following a script or “doing her job”—she was genuinely invested, persistent, and proactive, guiding me through each step, checking in, escalating when needed, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. On the final day, Tierra Reese worked relentlessly alongside her to push the issue across the finish line, and when it finally went through, both of them literally celebrated with me—which honestly says everything about how much they care. The situation itself was frustrating and exhausting, but Kynnadee (and Tierra on the last day) made it manageable, human, and ultimately successful. This was some of the best customer support I’ve ever experienced anywhere, and both of them deserve serious recognition for how they showed up, took ownership, and treated my problem like it actually mattered.

I did not get a free mobile line, not even a credit to my account. And Xfinity did not credit me for my phone trade in; they basically stole my phone! Do not trust anyone in this store and I would suggest getting your home internet and mobile service from anyone else.
