- YCYecenia CalzadaJan 5, 20261.0I had a very bad experience at this location on Jan 03,2026. 45 minutes before closing, a female worker insisted that a valid ID was necessary in order to activate a phone, I mentioned to her I had a copy saved on my phone. I could tell by her attitude and body language that she did not want to help me. saying that her co-worker Josh does the activation, and a valid ID was needed to scan it, at that moment Josh also agreed that was needed. I had to leave the store and 10 minutes later I returned with a valid ID not once was my ID needed to activate my phone. I told Josh, "so my ID was never needed after all", you rather had me leave the store hoping I didn't return, then help me th first time I was there. He and his co worker just didn't wanted to help and that was wrong from them both. He went on saying "his co worker gave him the wrong information." Xfinity manager of this store needs to retrain their employees on their customers service skills. 👎🏻

I believe she is not suitable to be a managers.
