Nobody wants to come here. You're made to wait for no reason.

I’m not complaining the service. I am complaining the parking. I returned my equipment in 3 minutes and my car got booted. I have to pay 170 to unboot my car. I feel I got robbed. Stay away from this location and the bank

after we finish negotiation for new phone, a plan and a watch, they make me wait few minutes and send another person to change the price when I was about to pay. They wasted 40min of mine for no reason. Worst customer service ever. I hope they close this location or get new management. It's so bad, I wish i can give 0 star but we can't. Find another location!

Went in for service and was legally robbed
I’m leaving this review to warn others: be extremely cautious when visiting the Xfinity location next to the private bank lot.
While I was inside receiving service, my car was booted and I was forced to pay $170 just to leave the premises. This happened while I was actively getting Xfinity service.
The issue?
The Xfinity building’s massive, well-lit logo sits adjacent to a predatory private parking area. In the dark, the branding makes it appear as though you’re in Xfinity’s lot — and despite multiple small “do not park here” signs, they are easy to miss at night. No one in the store warned me, even though they clearly know this happens regularly.
While the in-store service was genuinely excellent and the staff was helpful, my entire customer experience was derailed the moment I walked outside. I was still standing under an enormous Xfinity-branded wall as the boot was being removed. The dissonance was unreal.
I left feeling robbed — not by the bank’s predatory parking operation alone, but by Xfinity’s failure to mention this to customers as they walk in.
In CX terms, this is a critical brand erosion issue: a preventable touchpoint that damages trust and leaves customers feeling powerless and frustrated.
@Xfinity:
If your customers are regularly being targeted in the lot right next to your store, and your own signage creates confusion, the responsibility is shared. Please protect your customers. A simple verbal warning at check-in or clearer coordinated signage would prevent experiences like mine.

New update 12/217/25: Not only did an agent is this store sell me a "free" mobile line by promising me a $50 gift card without telling me I'd have to have the "free" plan for at least 3 months to get the card, but I cancelled the plan before I even used it and just got a bill for over $26 for my "final bill" for the "free" mobile plan. This store is committing fraud. She did not tell me about any activation fee. I'd like to know if they get commission for tricking customers like me into services described in fraudulent ways!
Update: the automated reply is useless. Sends you to AI chat where it tells you that you have wait and wait.

Please see my review for the Xfinity store in Morton Grove where Edgar Cruz-Hernandez saved the day after this place wasted my time during 2 visits, treated me with rudeness and incompetence, convinced me to sign up for a free phone line with the promise of a $50 gift card without telling me I'd have to wait months to get it. They also gave me a modem that did not work, and refused to help me troubleshoot, so I had to drive to a suburban corporate store for help. When I tried to call the toll free line they were useless. This is an Xfinity corporate location so not sure why the service was so bad. A rep Edgar at the corporate store in Morton Grove is sharp and caring, he fixed my issues, and he saved a customer. I have been with Xfinity since 2021 and would have left if he had not taken the time to fix the problems. The Ashland store lied to me and said they could not help, but Edgar got my modem activated FROM the store. Not sure how the Ashland store can get away with all of this.
