    Back in July, someone came to pick up my equipment from my apartment before starting up services with different equipment for my former roommate. Upon checking my last statement with xfinity, I saw they had charged me $100 for the equipment they picked up in July!! I got 3 calls per week for months, each time telling the representatives that I did not have the equipment, what incentive did I have to keep it? Each representative would assure me, ‘i see, thank you for letting us know,’ and nothing ever got resolved. Hours of my life spent on these calls. Why should I pay $100 for equipment the company had already recovered? I explained to each rep that it seemed the workers did not check in the serial number on the equipment they TOOK from my apartment. Now they sent me to debt collection, and I have to pay $100 for equipment I already returned or face impact to my credit score. I was scammed by Comcast Xfinity and treated with a total lack of care and dignity. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not pay for these services. The reward for years of service is getting scammed.

    Pretty good. Good service, very understanding, and I'm glad I'm part of xfinity. As far as T-Mobile...after ten years, never again. Those days are over. Xfinity is the best.

    I'm being robbed by these crooks! They've been charging me a $25.00 penalty fee on a contract that was fulfilled a year ago. I've tried countless times to reach someone by phone, website, and I'm completely ignored. Website claims I don't have an account, then why am I paying $88.00 a month for mobile with limited data? Everytime I go in person, I have to make a scene because they say I have to call customer service. Should I file a complaint with the FCC??

    I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your Lincoln Park location involving one of your sales representatives, named Joseph. Upon entering the store, I had a simple question regarding the parking options available at that location. While I understand there is a dedicated parking lot, I was unsure whether the adjacent side street was legal for customer parking or reserved for Comcast. I approached Joseph for clarification, expecting a helpful and professional response. Unfortunately, not only was he unable to clearly explain the parking situation, but when I expressed confusion and asked for further clarification, he rudely waved his hand in a dismissive manner and made me feel like I was being a nuisance rather than a valued customer. His tone and body language were condescending, and it was clear he did not want to engage further with my question. When I calmly pointed out that his behavior came across as rude, he began slowly approaching me in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational. As a result, I instinctively turned to face him directly, as I was unsure of his intentions and felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. This type of behavior is unacceptable from a customer-facing employee, especially in a professional environment. I expected basic courtesy and assistance, and instead, I was met with disrespect and intimidation. I hope Comcast takes this feedback seriously and addresses this matter internally. JOSEPH IS A HARD PERSON TO FORGET NOW
