However due to certain circumstances and shortage of certain color of IPhone we took our business elsewhere. The sales man and manager promised my wife a white iPhone. They stated they had them. I had to come back the next day with trade ins. It did norms work out. Our sales person was sick and the manager was on remote through proxy sales man clai.ing to be a manager. It was a mess. On the way home we stopped at a Verizon downtown Chicago. service was fast and we were able to get the phones with the trade in later. Great deal service and immediate satisfaction. The white IPhone the others stated was no longer at the store. A different manager stated they never had that iphone in white. Hmm, any way we are still dealing with a couple of things like slow internet and 2 bars of phone service. Oh boy. Let's see how this ends.
