Checked in there was 4 people working and they were all concentrated at one person while 10 other were waiting. Waited for hour and 10 minutes to have reprezentativne to come to me and tell me after I told them the same thing when checked in billing problem that they can’t do anything in store that i have to call the number while they could’ve told me that form get go. Custimer service is zero at this store please avoid if possible!

Her patience, effectiveness, & calmness during my time working with her was unmatched. I can not say enough good things about her or how amazingly helpful she was. I was struggling to switch to Verizon from T-Mobile and all of the information was in my dads name, who was actively going through chemo out of state as I was in the store, and she went so far above and beyond to help me get it done. She patiently worked with me one on one for multiple hours, and was the difference from me walking out and crying out of frustration, to having the best customer service experience ever. Management: Sandra deserves a raise and a promotion!!!
