It was supposed to there within 12 hours, 3 reps confirmed it is being processed and now 3 days later I’m being told it didn’t exist. I asked for a supervisor and received 40 texts to my phone within 10 minutes for a survey, was on hold for one hour only to be transferred to another rep instead of a supervisor. Current rep told me the credit was added to my account but the app says it isn’t, she said she’d have to create a ticket because it can’t be added to my account and refuses to let me take to a supervisor. Biggest joke in the history of customer service. They boldly lie about your money and put you on hold to do nothing at all. I’ll be shopping for another Internet provider with some integrity and reps that care about their jobs.

But once I met with someone, they were very helpful and resolved my issues. Colton helped me and he was awesome. Within 30 minutes he was able to fix all the problems from the online customer service rep. Colton was, friendly, efficient, and knows what he's talking about. My advice: don't waste your time chatting with the Xfinity app consumer service. Just go to the store and Colton will sort you out so fast.
