- JAJuan AndaJan 4, 20261.0Fui a renovar mi nuevo contrato de Internet, todo bien pedi que alguien hable español y lo tuve todo muy bien, buena atención, y me ofrecieron para tener una línea telefónica sin cobro alguno, y lo podían instalar en mi otro teléfono unlocked que ya tenia , y ahí empezó mi espera toda la tarde hasta que la tienda cerró sin solucionar lo del teléfono, así que me dieron un ticket para regresar y solucionar lo del teléfono, regrese después de fiestas , esperando un buena atención y en español, y lamentablemente me atendió un muchacho con un español que realmente no se si sea español, y muy rudo y no pudo solucionar me envió a otro muchacho , que tampoco no pudo solucionar, al final el Manager de la tienda me soluciono el problema, en mi recomendación en esta tienda todos son muy jóvenes y necesitan mas entrenamiento para atención al cliente , como dice el dicho "uno paga por todos"

- RHRoy HermanNov 8, 20251.0Xfinity Bolingbrook store has two gentlemen who work the front door who need customer service training. My 78 year old mother had a problem with her phone. They referred her to Best Buy Geek Squad down the road without even trying anything. I told her don't do that and I called customer service. They gave me a good offer on two new phones. They said to ship the old phones back. No shipping label came. I called customer service and they said I could drop them at the Bolingbrook store. I took the phones there and the two same vendors guys were up front. One told me he'd email me a label to send back. Wouldn't accept the phones. I trusted him, but never received the email. He said I was well within my 21 day window. I checked spam and nothing. I called customer service back who said they'd email me, but nothing. I got charged for the unreturned phones and had to take a loss by selling them in Eco machine at Walmart. Time wasters and terrible customer experience.
