Four years ago, after multiple calls to their customer service department, I had to lodge a FCC complaint against them because they wanted to charge me for equipment I physically returned myself to one of their stores. They called and canceled all charges. Drawn by the lure of cheap internet, I tried giving them another shot. This time was almost as bad. I wanted to start service, but the tech never showed. No call. No communication. I burned half a day of PTO. They said they would reschedule and would call back with confirmation. Never did. HOURS on the phone and I finally gave up. “Is a tech coming and when?” was too much for them to handle. They have a queue for their own agents, meaning not only do we have to wait in line, but so do they. Atrocious customer service. I’m willing to pay a little more to never have to deal with that ever again.

I made an appointment and received a text confirming but the appointment did not reflect on the schedule. Other than that my visit was great. They seem to have ample staff to handle the flow of walk-ins.
