I had three women helping me, Barb, Jen and Blanca. Each one helped me for well over an hour while chatting with an external team. These workers kept me informed of the steps they were taking the entire time and made such pleasant conversation. They managed to save my phone number that I've had for over a decade which I REALLY appreciate so much. When I upgrade my phone I'll make sure to come back to this location.
