Two customer service representatives informed my party that we would receive Apple Watches at no additional cost if we purchased two phones under the advertised promotion. Relying on this representation, we proceeded with the purchase. However, the promised Apple Watches were not provided for free, and my monthly bill increased from approximately $95 to $141. I understand that sales representatives are incentivized by commissions, but deliberately misrepresenting the terms of a promotion in order to induce a sale is unacceptable. This type of deceptive practice erodes customer trust, damages your company’s reputation, and constitutes unethical business conduct. I request that this matter be investigated, that the original terms as represented to us be honored (or an equivalent resolution provided), and that appropriate corrective action be taken with the employees involved. Thank you for your immediate attention to this serious issue.

I had three women helping me, Barb, Jen and Blanca. Each one helped me for well over an hour while chatting with an external team. These workers kept me informed of the steps they were taking the entire time and made such pleasant conversation. They managed to save my phone number that I've had for over a decade which I REALLY appreciate so much. When I upgrade my phone I'll make sure to come back to this location. Editing two weeks later to add- Jen is literally the best customer service rep I've ever spoken to. I had to come back due to a billing issue and she had me all sorted within an hour. She's so pleasant to speak to and genuinely cared to help me! I highly recommend coming to this location rather than dealing with the chat or call centers.
