Condescending attitude alongside receiving no real help made for a painful 2 hour experience. if you can spend the extra 5-10 minutes and head to the other shop down the street i would highly recommend doing that, then waste your time here.

I found someplace to sit down after I've been waiting there for about almost 40 minutes, then the same guy walks over and tells me that he can help me. He tells me that the internet home service that I want will cost me some 70 or 80 bucks a month. He could have told me at the door when I walked in. He only talked for two minutes . The time he talked to me when I first came in , took my name and address put it in this device, he could have told me that in the same amount of time instead made me wait for 40 minutes
