Lorenzo was the one who greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked how he could help. Lorenzo was really nice, polite and super thorough in explaining how to change the plan. He answered all my questions patiently. I left with a new plan that has better benefits and costs way less! I am super happy with my experience at this Xfinity store and will frequent this location for any help I may need in the future! Thanks so much!

I've always been disappointed at the Crystal Lake location, where my issues were never resolved, and the wait times were unacceptably long. We went in to transfer a phone number from one iPhone to a new iPhone and they ended up canceling another number on the same account. First of all, why can’t e-sim be tranfered without having to go to a store, second why was another phone number canceled when we never even mentioned that phone number. Horrible, horrible, horrible service, dear Lord who authorizes you to work there, do you go through any sort of training for this position?
