- SNSam NelsonDec 8, 20161.0I just moved into an apartment complex that offers internet and cable through PMT and I've lived here for about a week and am highly dissatisfied with the service they have provided so far. So far the internet speeds and cable have been awful. At one point I was getting 11 kb/s download speeds (not enough to even load a webpage) and close to half of the cable channels are either very fuzzy, have no audio, or just aren't there (black and white screen). I figured that maybe there's something wrong with the connection for both services and contacted their customer support. The IT guy I talked to agreed that something might be wrong and said they will send someone over to check it out. It has been 6 days since that initial conversation and still no one has come to fix it. I've called them every morning they have been open since that first day they said they would come out and kept getting the exact same answer when I asked them for a time frame of when they would be here, "They will get to it as soon as they can. I can't give you a time frame." The point of this review was to tell anyone who is interested in PMT that so far, their customer service has been terrible. I can't say anything about the quality of their services because I haven't been able to experience the full extent of them (unless this is the full extent of their services. If so, I wouldn't recommend getting it for your home).
