Nope $70 not to mention the first bill with the bs charges is double what I was paying. On the phone for an hour and they knocked off$40. Verizon is an un loyal company that will gouge you, and there will be nothing you can do about it

I drove a few miles to another Verizon retailer and immediately got assistance there instead. If I were you I wouldn't bother coming to this location when there are other places that actually try to help you.
