We told them what we needed and they just put our name into a tablet and said someone would be with us soon. We continued to wait when another customer came in. The same associate that took our name down, went right over and started helping them. He spend over 10 minutes with him and at one point another associate came out of the back and was also helping this other customer. After that customer left, without paying for anything btw, both the associate left and went to the back, not to be seen again. After 10 more minutes someone finally came over to help. The associate was nice, but it was obvious that he was almost off shift and just wanted us to leave. He got us the information we were seeking and when I insinuated that I was interested in moving forward he said we would have to do that at another time. I feel very much like that my business there wasnt wanted, nor appreciated.
