You cannot reach the store itself by phone. I was denied help (Verizon policy) until my husband could verify that he was okay with me making changes (I wasn’t making any, I simply wanted to buy a new phone outright). I know the employees have no control over that, but I was still surprised. Was told we’d have a 10 minute wait which ended up being 50. Worker wouldn’t sell me the phone I wanted. Kept trying to get me to buy the newest iPhone instead of what I specifically asked for, and lied telling me that the phone I wanted would be a downgrade so my information would not transfer from my current phone to the one I wanted to buy. Went to Best Buy immediately after, bought the phone in 20 minutes there, and had no problem transferring info. If you shop here, come prepared to stand up for your decisions as they will try to scare you into upgrading.
