They were both so helpful and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me and my brother! Also the 2501 W. Happy Valley rd. Phenomenal, AZ. 85085 store. Rod was amazing and so helpful to my brother in setting up his new phone. They all deserve kudos for excellent service! Thank you!!

The guy who helped us was not friendly and wanted to just get us out of there. He didn’t tell us our options when my husband said what he wanted then I said well what’s the free one. He pointed at it across the room and continued with the free one without asking us or telling us the price or the difference. He grabbed our phone, scrolled quickly through the terms and had us sign and when I asked questions he was not friendly about answering them and basically said it is what it is and we could come back tomorrow to set our phone up. He didn’t smile once and was very unpleasant. I left very confused and pushed to hurry and pay not understanding why were charged what we were charged. When I just did an upgrade online and paid half the price. If it’s cause we were in the store he did nothing to help us but hand us our phone in the box and pushed us out.unhappy customer
