I have visited the store every month to tell them I am paying full monthly price. They said not to worry it can take up to three months for the discount to kick in. Ok last week I went in and informed them the 3 months is well up and I am still paying full price. So they told I needed to call their Loyalty line. Called Loyalty and they said there is no entitlement to a discount.
