If you come in there because your newer phone is broken it doesn't really do you any good to come to a physical store if you can't walk out with a working phone.

So after talking to the customer service manager, I found out that somehow my sim card was on a lock 🔐. Finally after 3 visits to Verizon, the manager was able to help me and fixed the issue with my phone. Thank you 😊
