    I can't say that I enjoyed this place that much , most stores are eager to help but this one was sadly not that way . The staff was unfriendly and standoffish, we needed to return a defective phone purchased just days before and that had been brought in numerous times already . We were treated like we were a nuisance and below there standards, I'm an old disabled guy and my wife is of Hispanic decent. We were not greeted any time that we came in and no one stepped forward to help us . Over the years I've been in many cell phone stores and never had problems like we did hear , it's very sad . While I may not be dressed the best or buying a few thousand dollars worth of phones or financing as I've done in years gone by , we do as we can and would hope or expect to be treated with some form of dignity and not expect to be treated so overwhelmingly as if we were not wanted or below someone's expectations of a big sell .

    Very helpful staff at this location. Bob helped me get a new phone upgrade and the manager A.B. was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain all of my questions and concerns. Thanks y’all!

    Poor customer service and I had to wait 1 hour to be helped. I came in to exchange a phone that I had recently bought for an upgraded model only to be informed that none were in stock. Along with that I was told that there is no way for verizon stores to release information on their inventory to customers other than going in to the physical store and waiting however long to be seen (in my case I waited an entire hour just for them to say they didn’t have the phone in stock). I asked further questions like if she knew when more shipments were coming in or if there were other stores with the phone in stock and she wasn’t able to help me. I then asked if there was any way she could help me order the new phone online in store and she denied my request and told me that everything must be done online through the phone. Later when I was on the phone with Verizon they told me I should have done an exchange in store and had the employees order the phone for me. She was very reluctant to help me or find a solution to my problem. I don’t recommend visiting this location.

    Guys, there is only two people attending to a bunch of customers. You'll wait a long time before one of them attends to you. Crazy. Why can't they hire more people for Pete's sake 🙄.
