- HFHeidi FranklinDec 8, 20251.0More disappointing every visit. 12 years with them. Not sure why at this point. Every 3 months my bill increases by $15-$25 due to "state taxes"... Get ignored in the store if u aren't there to upgrade or purchase. If you want to pay your bill in the store you have to use a machine. They won't even talk to you. They don't carry change either. So you have to bring exact change or you get screwed over.

I was told they "ain't got nuttin but bran nu.". I asked about a 15 clearly displayed on the wall and then was told "days Jess a display". I left and won't return. I may not even use Verizon from now on. Pathetic service.
